These resources have been compiled from different ideas I’ve found on both the internet and that have been given to me by administration. I like for things to look cohesive and go together. I copy the pages on a the same color and go through them bit by bit during the week or two leading up to conferences. Eventually I staple them in booklet form and students rehearse with families. Included in this download/link is also a form completed by teachers that lists different attitudes towards subject areas along with scores that students did not fill out. It was for my co-teacher and I to report what was happening in each other’s classes since we don’t meet with each family.
I made it editable in Google Slides so you could change the font and wording to suit your needs. It also includes a tip sheet–since I only teach ELA/SS, the math is a draft from my years of teaching 4th grade math so you’d have to update both to match your room.
You will be instructed to “Make a Copy” and can change names, titles, etc.
